  I visit this shop a lot and sometimes there. are good waiters ad sometimes they are so rude .We asked one of them how old is the cake that we wanted to try and we were told it was fresh at the begining and after we asked the second time we were told it was there for three weeks. Now I wonder if anything is fresh at all .

  This is the third time I've experienced this here. Every time I come here I make myself known to staff with a greeting etc, but it still takes about 10 minutes just to get a menu. Staff are VERY FRIENDLY which is great, but seem to be constantly apologising for mix ups or order delays, even on days when it doesn't seem busy at all (I'm here on a Tuesday) and I've noticed it takes a while for them to clean tables. Again, staff are quite nice but something needs to be improved to ensure customers are served promptly. Thanks!
